Quite an interesting project in which we had the opportunity to participate. The history of the building dates back to 1914 when the Department Store was opened there. In 1950 it was nationalized and only in 2014 was it returned to its rightful owners. In consultation with the historic preservation officer, the owners started preparations of a plan for renovation works. We had the pleasure of performing the conservation survey for this project. Scanning took 2 weeks , while all the works were completed in just over a month.
